HumanLayer Tech is led by Tedi Polena, a software engineer with more than 12 years of experience building software across web, mobile, embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, data systems, automation, and performance-sensitive applications.
Clients work directly with the person designing and building the solution. The focus is practical outcomes, clear communication, and technology that makes the business easier to run, not technology for its own sake.
